Cellophane overwrapping machines

Cellophane overwrapping machines are designed to wrap products envelopes method, with the possibility of using a tear tape to  easy remove the film. Overwrapping machines are designed to wrap products of cuboid shapeswith the polypropylene film or paper.

The wrapping process on WEGA machines

1. The box is put into the pocket, where the film is being wrapped
2. The machine bends the film and welds longitudinally
3. The following box inserted into the pocket pushes the previous one. Boxes move along the slots called formats
   and heaters which causes the enveloping and welding effects
